1. Custom Design and Sample Development
You can provide your tech pack, design files, or an original sample for development. If your design is still at the concept stage, our team can also develop it based on our existing styles and specifications.
We will review the design, measurements, yarn, color, construction, and finishing details, then provide practical manufacturing recommendations before sampling.
2. Premium Yarn & Materials
We offer more than 1,000 yarn options, including cotton, wool, merino wool, cashmere, mohair, alpaca, acrylic, viscose, linen, silk, polyester, recycled yarns, and a wide range of blended fibers.
Based on your design, target price, gauge, and performance requirements, our team will recommend suitable yarn compositions for sampling and bulk production.
3. Custom Color & Size
Once the yarn is confirmed, we will provide the relevant color cards for selection. If your required color is not available, send us a Pantone reference or color sample and we can arrange custom dyeing.
You may provide your own size chart and grading rules. If you do not have complete specifications, our technical team can recommend measurements based on the target market, product style, and desired fit.
4. Custom Logo, Labels & Packaging
