II. Product Specifications

  • Q: What materials are used? Do sweaters pill?
    A: Materials are selected for each design and target performance. Options may include wool, cashmere and cashmere blends, cotton, viscose and recycled fibers, subject to order-specific sourcing and verification.Pilling performance depends on the fiber type, yarn construction, knitting structure, finishing, wear conditions and test method. When pilling performance is important, agree the test method and acceptance level before bulk production.
  • Q: What customization options are available?
    A: Services include:
    • OEM: Logo embroidery/printing (MOQ: 100 pcs)
    • ODM: Custom sizing, colors, yarn specifications (MOQ: 100 pcs)
    • Special treatments: Anti-static, heavyweight knitting (sampling fees apply)
  • Q: What size standards do you follow?
    A: We adhere to international sizing charts (chest, length, sleeve measurements). Custom sizing for EU/US markets is supported

 

III. Orders & Logistics

  1. Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
    A: Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per style. The final MOQ may vary depending on yarn availability, color quantity, size range, design complexity, and customization requirements.
  2. Q: What is the production lead time?
    A: Bulk production usually takes 25–45 days after sample approval, depending on yarn availability, order quantity, design complexity, and the production schedule. Seasonal orders should be planned and confirmed as early as possible.
  3. Q: What are your shipping terms and costs?
    A: We support FOB, CIF, DDP, with options:
    • Sea freight: 20-35 days
    • Air freight: 3-7 days
    • China-Europe rail: 15-18 days.Costs are calculated based on volume and destination

 

IV. Quality Assurance & After-Sales

    1. Q: How do you ensure quality?
      A: Our 3-stage QC process includes:
      • Raw material testing (yarn colorfastness, weight)
      • In-process checks (stitch density, seam strength)
      • Final inspection against the agreed measurement tolerances and order-specific quality requirements.
    2. Q: What if quality issues arise?
      A: If you identify a quality issue, contact us promptly with the purchase order, affected quantity, photos, measurements and any relevant inspection report. We review the claim against the approved sample, specification and agreed inspection terms, then confirm the appropriate corrective action under the order agreement.

 

V. Samples & Payments

  1. Q: Do you provide free samples?
    A: Sample fees and development terms depend on the design, yarn, color requirements and sample type. Any sample-fee credit toward a future bulk order is confirmed in the quotation before development begins. Shipping charges and the number of revisions are also confirmed in advance.

  2. Q: What payment methods do you accept?
    A: T/T (30% deposit + balance), L/C (limited to reputable banks), Western Union. New clients: 50% deposit
